How To Use

Shake the eyeliner pen before use. Apply a thin line of eyeliner along the upper lash line, starting from the inner corner of the eye and working your way out. You can also apply eyeliner to the lower lash line, if desired.

Tips

For a more precise application, use a small eyeliner brush. To create a winged eyeliner look, extend the eyeliner line past the outer corner of the eye and flick it upwards.
